Thank you for that. Is it possible you could turn you excellent intellect to the great issue of the day - is a single Scotch Egg a substantial meal? Would welcome your opinion.

So if you took said Scotch Egg, extracted the Sausage meat and made a sausage, took the egg and fried it, then un crumbed the bread and made it into a sandwich,

is a sandwich a Substantial meal?

To explain it all from scratch again.
Lock down started a minute past midnight Thursday November the fifth.
it was to last for 4 weeks or 28 days to those who cant do the maths
this means it should have finished on Thursday December the 3rd at 1 minute past midnight.
However it seems the minister responsible had run out of fingers and thumbs and decided it should be 1 minute past midnight December the second, not realising that is 27 days , Matt Hancock or Boris? Both seem innumerate

There are no two days the same in a week, starts on a Monday ends on a Sunday, Can't have two Mondays.

Therefore if the lockdown started With the Thursday for 28 whole days then today would be the last lockdown day

What exactly was said back in the beginning?
Is it possible that what was originally proposed was a lockdown from 5th November to 2nd December, about 4 weeks but not exactly 4 weeks but near enough that most are happy to call it 4 weeks, then along come those who like to analyse every detail and pick up on the fact that 4 weeks is precisely 28 days, true it is but what odds does a day or two actually make, it was near as damn it 4 weeks .
Of course for those who like to pick on details should today, the 2nd, be last day of lockdown or first day out.
I’ll let others worry about that detail.
