Can I put tractor engine oil in my pickup?

Be prepared....she was a drift slut for a while after they dropped like a stone a few years back. She was meant to go for a restoration in March, but obviously didn't happen. Parked in the barn now. I have every receipt of money spent on it down to the original bill of sale. Still has a full BMW service history as well (bar the oil changes by me inbetween times)

Holy moly!!! When was it last moved/started driven?

Is it solid underneath?
 
moving off track a little,speaking with a bloke yesterday he had hyundai i30 company car just been traded in 600,000kms no real problems in the 6 yrs he had it mostly big road work and the engine oil was changed every 30,000kms
