I would try your Animal Health office or Trading Standards. I am sure they would be interested in coming round to give you some advice. Failing that phone Rural Payments.

I would not follow my advice too closely. Unless you are in some remote area then deadstock has to go to an approved collector. The above agencies would be interested - in removing 10% of your SFP as a start.
If you have no dead lambs going to knackery then that could be picked up by an inspection.
If you have never had a full inspection you will be surprised at the level of homework that has been done ong before the visit.

One solution would be to move the snakes onto your holding - with suitable ear tags and movement records.

Alternatively, link the holding where the snakes are kept to your own holding.

That's shocking! It must breach a whole host of regulations. Though I can see the advantages of feeding kids to snakes.
