Can John Deere 6150R open and close ISOBUS Bogballe on 1/2 ITEC button ?

Is the joystick in the tractor aux N or aux O? If it’s aux N you should be able to program the buttons! Do a FaceTime or WhatsApp call with your local dealers PF Sprecialist

I have KRM and Fendt here. How old is the KRM originally the software did not allow joystick button operation. There was an update which I guess was 3 or 4 years ago that then enabled this.

On the Fendt I get 3 tick boxes on startup that then allow the button to be used.

Ut is year 2012. I have updated it few months ago. Dont know how to add the button to START. There must be people with any ISOBUS machine and JD.

My son has had the spreader on our Jd I think the button on the joystick worked for him. I will check.

May not help it’s a 6250 with the new joystick control so different to yours I think

Yes newer types have joystick. Mine has only ITEC 1-2 buttons.

I own a JD, and said screen. If I have a question, I send a very quick WhatsApp to the dealers starfire man and he tells me how to sort it, if it’s possible to.

Have spoken to my son. He says he tried to get it on the itec buttons on a hire tractor we had in the spring, he couldn’t get it to work

Just go simple and hook a switch up, can’t be that hard can it? Hook it up to the control box somehow and the you get to switch it for the end of the run, which closes the shutter, then when you need it back on flick switch and done. I know it’s abit of a different situation, but on our hydraulic spreader at work it opens and closes on the spool but made it electric by fitting a solenoid and a switch. Job done.

Not sure that i can help you. I am running a KRM M2W through a JD2630 screen via an isobars connection. Switching on/off i do via the screen. But with GPS and section control its not an issue. You switch on at the start of the field and switch of when the field is complete, the GPS control does everything else for you. I do have section control unlocked on my system.
