think it has to be treated. I did hear you could caustic treat it, to replace megalac, but never followed it up, our nutritionist boo hooed it.

I should think it would pass whole through a cow without difficulty. You can see the undigested rapeseed 'shells' very easily on cows fed rapemeal.

Has to be caustic treated, or it will go straight through. I did some many years ago, it was a bit of a sticky mess, didn't do it again.
