Cant upload pictures from IP6

I have always been able to plug my Iphone one into pc with USB and a box would appear to allow me to upload pictures etc.
Doesnt seem to want to do it anymore?? Can anyone tell me why??

Are the photos uploading to the cloud? If they are that could be the problem as the need to backup to your computer is not needed. I don't know but you could try switching the cloud backup off and see if the option returns.

Sounds like iTunes isn't installed correctly or the photo app you've been using isn't linked properly anymore.
Hard to say without seeing what's on there and what it's all set up to do when plugged in.
If you haven't got iTunes on it then download it and that should do what you want anyway and is probably the quickest way of fixing it.
