Just read this on farming news uk, Scotish government wants another 5 years in the cap system before something new, how would this work?, l think the government knows if it removed or done away with, that's the end of the industry in Scotland, upland/Hill farming anyways, l think it will be in a speak at agriscot on Wednesday.
