Are they still answering questions ?.
As I would really like to know if under the new scheme I can claim anything for my 42acres of woodland planted under FWPS and some under EWGS. All the payments on the schemes have finished and the land is now costing me money every year in drainage rates which I really begrudge having to pay when the land is earning me nothing !.

I tried going down the ELS/HLS route but with no other land I couldn't raise enough points.

It's seams alittle unfair if I can't claim anything as my land is about as "green" as it gets for greening !.

Luckily my agreement is pre 2012, but a would be a little peeeeed off if it was post 2012 with the amount of reduction in the payments shown above..

Defra are not able to reply to any more questions on this thread, but they are planning on holding another session again soon to answer more questions.
