Since the Arla thread seems to have disappeared, I’ll put my arla carbon footprint here.
Apparently just .936 kg per litre. one of the lowest the lady had seen and certainly lower than all the Danes, jerseys or Holsteins!

That must be without sequestration.

Mine was 831g and 936g/litre when I checked mine last.

If it's the same method I helped someone work out their emissions with, I suggest politely that the figures they create are nonsense but that is just me.
Most carbon footprints are a load of greenwash. You can get almost any answer you like by setting boundaries appropriately. For example, do you look at the embedded carbon in your tractor? If so, then the embedded carbon in the tractor factory, then the steelworks?

I'm not an Arla supplier, but can I ask if you Arla suppliers use Alltech carbon foot printing model. Just to compare?
We used to do the Altech one with Arla but the new one has been developed for Arla specifically I believe and the same survey is used for all member countries. It's quite a bit different to the Altech one we used to do. Seems a lot more data to enter for the new system.

I agree. I suspect the grass grazing lot like Lazy Farmer looked pretty good for carbon on paper, we better not go into investigating his 1000 cubic metres of cow tracks made from concrete though. ;)
