Years ago we had a Jack Russell and one year we gave permission to a couple, with a VW camper van, to stay over a weekend
in the field behind the house. They had a Rottweiller - named Lutz - and the first morning they tried to walk through the yard gate, our
JR ran up and started to pace a line where the gate had been, if it was closed. He started to snarl ferociously, with spittle flying out of his mouth,
and the Rottweiller just sat down, approx a metre from the "line", and just looked stupified. Sadly - no mobile with cameras those days.
