Fake news as I read the press release too quickly and assumed Cargill buying up stuff again. Apologies to those involved .

Why is this important to UK ag.

Axcereal owns Boortmalt, this makes in one fell sweep Cargill the largest maltster in the UK. As a French owned co-op the members got an offwrthey couldn't perfused. Nice for them, I wonder what it means for the UK and Irish Malting Barley grower.

The online search I just did shows Axcereal buying out the Cargill malting business? Not the other way around.
