Carier rotary screen cleaning ???

We run an oldish Carier separator.
It works ok but every so often I need to try and clean the blocked holes in the screen because small particles get lodged in the inside of the screen and the efficiency tends to drop off which will lead to it running for up to 30 per cent longer.
The turbolance helps but is awkward to direct onto the back of the stainless screen!
Has anyone found a good method of getting the screen cleared please ?
Maybe a small scraper applied across the backside as it runs but T
that might end up with me wrecking the thing if it got wrapped somewhere 😀
It's surprising how quickly they can block up

We use an old rotary TripBat as a pre cleaner, always thought a course brush along the top of the drum would work if it was linked from the frame with 2 horizontal arms. It doesn't take much to clean the screens, but the TripBat is slow enough as it is even with clean screens.

We used to get grit blocking our Sperrin screen, the only way to get it out was take the screen out and poke them out individually. Then we had a screen with bigger holes and now it doesn’t seem to block.

What is it thats blocking the holes?

The plastic scraper on the front plate clears the fibre off but its suprising what little particles get into the holes and then block !
The Turbolance (which takes some setting up on the power washer ,so does not get done every day ,lucky if its once a month ) is ok ,but the screen needs to be still and then keep rotating it maybe 30 dgrees each time ,to get the worst hammered out !

Cheers , mainly small grit ,maybe something out of the blend undigested ,and particles from the sawdust ,I think it might be the plastic coating on the kitchen furniture scrap they mill up ,but I may be wrong
