Carier rotary Seperator letting fibre into liquid

Had a new screen in the Carier seperator 2 and a half weeks ago.
Thought the Bauer pump I use to pump the liquid off 400 meters to a storage hole , was goosed , but turned out the 52ml alkathene outlet pipe where it has a coupling in it , was picking up fibres from the Easi Cattle sawdust beddin and had blocked it solid!!
After having this system for 4 yrs , I have never seen this happen before !
I know the screen had been holed before we had to redo the screen ,so possibly fibres had got into my above ground storage tank then ,but I am going to put my wifes rice washing screen  from out of the kitchen tomorrow morning to see if its ongoing or a problem from when the screen was holed !
The rubber in the back of the weir /trough was renewed at the time ,and apart from that previous trouble ,cannot see where the stuff might be coming from , unless its flowing down the sides of the screen and dropping inside it?
Anyone else had issues similar?
If it ever blocks furthur down the 400 meters of pipe ,it could be a nightmare

HHmm ,
Has the new screen got bigger holes than the old one?

How big are the bits of fibre that are getting through?
They are about 10 mms long and it looks like the bigger bits out of the Easi Cattle , which ,if anyones had it ,has quite a lot of bigger pieces of sawdust , and no dust.
I will know a bit more in a half hr or so  Hopefully !!!:censored:

Oh well, problem solved
The bottom channel where the muck retuns down to the tank had become semi choked with muck :stop: I suppose the artificial height of the muck in there was washing fibre into the centre outlet

When I cranked it up this morning it overflowed!!! Cue me stinking of cow shyte now for the next week as it took me an age to get it out with drain rods and bits of thin shovel:whistle:

No. Its the same screen:)

I have liberated the wifes rice drainer / sieve and will presently putting it to detective work(y)
And did the wife's rice drainer get used:eek: the thought of you secretly removing and replacing said drainer (in a clean condition) without being noticed :nailbiting::whistle: I assume retribution would be swift if found out:D

Our machine has 2 outlets on the bottom trough,I suppose you can then use which side you want when installing. Its always had a drainage bung in the one not used and apart from a time or 2 when it fell out , or to pieces  , is a pain when you need to remove it for inspecting the trough to see if its partially blocked !!
Usually end up with a burst of shyte over you!
So now I have put a 160 mm swept bend and a piece of short pipe ,so I can keep my eye on the level in it and get the rods in her instead of getting covered(y)

The seperator takes more looking after than a woman ;)
