Got this 2 piece king pin for bottom of swivel come and its tight fit to say the least , any one know if the end cone is meant to swivel on the end of king pin or can all the swivel be done direct onto bearing , this is the old one and the cone runs free on pin !

Good because it's FT , I had to sand it down to get it on then knock it on and thought have I done the right thing? Because that won't come off again without heat !

they are common too work loose, you press them on and with Loctite. to get them off you cut the bearing with grinder and carefully grind away once you get close to the pin the bearing will crack and then knock off. (normally they have worn loose anyway and pins scrap)

Then theres nothing to hold grease in and keep crap out as them pins have little ridge on them designed to take the bevel washer. They would be bought as seperate parts.
Think I may have misunderstood , you mean big washers that sit on the top of bearing inbetween axle stump and swivel housing , yes have got them , I thought you meant sandwiched inbetween the cone and pin above ??
