Case 5140 hydraulic issues

Used our case 5140 to do some grass dragging, hydraulic lift arms were working fine then all of a sudden we had no lift, looks like they were trying to lift but not enough to lift the drag.

Tried the fender switches and was doing the same.

managed to get the drag off and without any weight on the arms they lift but very slowly.

haven’t checkEd the spools as we haven’t got another implement that uses the spools.

steering is fine and sounds like the pump is pumping.

Any ideas what could be the issue would be greatly appreciated ?

spools seem to work, we took off the fender switches cleaned them up and re connected also done the same to the earth connection, hydraulics seemed to work but when lifting seems slower than usual. Put the topper on and when we lift it goes about halfway then stops but then put power shift in 2nd gear while stationary and it makes the hydraulics lift fully ???? Weird, we didn’t want to try the fender switches in case it upset it and went back to no lift at all, managed to get a days topping on it
