stripped it down this morning and the shaft is spining on the fwd coupler near the front dif. also a lot of wear on the front diff pinion but its still griping. whats best to do about the pinion and any one know were to get a new propshaft and coupler?? rear coupler is good.

What are the axle pivot bushes etc like for wear? Have they been greased reqularly? If the axle is moving about,you'll have the same problem to fix again in a while. If the pinion is worn,you'll need to replace the crownwheel on the diff as well,as they are a matched set.
