Case LB436 knotter issue

Hi, Sorry if this has been discussed before. I'm having a problem with one of the outside knotters on a case lb436 baler (loop master knotter). Im not the greatest at explaining things but here we go, It is the first knot of the tie cycle I'm having trouble with (the knot that ties off the bale/ back of the bale as it comes out of the chamber), it is breaking right at the knot. It can go a hundred bales without missing a beat then sometimes not even ten bales without breaking the knot. Doesn't seem to matter if the straw is very dry or at the point of to wet, density doesn't seem to change much either. I haven't really adjusted much on the knotter as not to sure what to adjust to fix it. Never ideal having outside strings go, hopefully someone can help point me in the right direction. Cheers

I would check these for grooves and or sharp edges, twine finger ,needle eye, knife arm crook and bale chamber metalwork in case knot is getting cut after it comes off billhook.
