Case optum 300

Looking for a fairly big hp tractor but nimble enough to go on corn cart etc.

I have demoed it and ti be honest really liked it, but I have never had a case before, so what are people's findings...

if you can manage with 265 bhp i would look at an mf 8s look very swish 10 tonne lift capacity too.

Local outfit Glovers Agri Contractors near the Wissington beet factory here in Norfolk bought one 3 years ago and have just taken delivery of a second one. Im guessing they must have been suitably impressed by the first ones performance to have bought a second.

Definatley need 300 on my 6m Claydon fully mounted.

Have to say I have never known a tractor pull like this one, the FPT engine is a beast and totally shocked me, also build quality was way better than I ever expected. Very pleanstly surprised.

Just demoing it.

Was speaking to dealer and saying they look good value 2and hand compared to a lwb t7. Looked similar money.

Said another branch had a demo tractor and they would put it out to us.

Be a ideal size tractor for triple mowers, 6m combi and big square baler in my opinion

The regional straw grinder man has Optums now. I guess they make a lot more sense than pounding tarmac long distances in a Magnum-sized machine when you can have the same or similar power in a handier frame. Listening to his at full chat all day grinding straw, it sounds immense.

Just about to take delivery of our second one. Really like them. Pull very well yet still nimble as you say. We use ours for everything from mowing to corn cart to topdown. Its the workhorse of the farm tbh.

Just as our dealer told us when Optum came. It's for the people who want power close to Magnum but in a frame close to Puma. Optum had great visibility also.

Gives CNH a tractor to rival JD 7 series and 800 series Fendt.

Was a gap in range before in my opinion.
