Never really had much to do with the current offerings from CNH but you do seem to get a lot of tractor and extras for your money.
Are the owners of these machines satisfied with their tractors?
Would you buy the same again?
Starting to see a lot more of the brand here both in contractors fleets and many more on farms , so confidence in the product must be more than price it would seem.

Pleased with our 175 CVX so far, only had her 2 months, and with the weather being pants only got 200hrs on her so far. CVX took a bit of getting used to having only a powershift puma before. Doesn't seem to be any hungrier on diesel than the 145 but time will tell better, does everything we've asked it too so far.
Only downside is a aircon glitch which case will hopefully have fixed before they make yours, and the pickup hitch isn't easy seen if you have the bracket the holds the air brakes. Going to fit a mirror or plug a camera into the AFS screen to overcome that.
Apart from all good.

I believe @whindy if you really like a certain brand of tractor it's always a battle to be satisfied with anything else.
I've spent quite a few hrs in a new R series but would be happier in our older 30 series, it's just what I prefer and think is more practical. Probably why M series sell like hotcakes here and R series are slower to shift.
I don't see much build quality difference between all of the top brands now, they're all plastic and use common components.
Price is a major consideration but not the final factor in a purchase decision. Good dealer backup, reliability and machine performance are equally important for us to be able to run a profitable business.

Puma 165 CVX here and done 1600 hours in about 20 months, will be 2000 hours by the time it hits 24 months. Very pleased so far and I feel good value for money and is fully loaded with toys as standard. I like the security of the 3000 hour warranty or 3 years whatever comes first which fits with the hours I do so every 3 years it’s replaced.

Screen is easy to use and has lots of functions and I use both isobus for my sprayer and drill which works very well and Task Controler works well with section control. The AFS support line for gps problem solving has been fantastic and the guys are most helpful.

Only gripe is my dealer put a fairly basic seat in it by mistake and although I got money off due to the cock up it’s not the most comfortable.
Back up from my dealer has been very good thus far and operator training provided for AFS (GPS) plus CVX functionality. We also had a most enjoyable trip to St Valentin in Austria for a factory visit back in December and were looked after very well.

Would I have another one. Simple answer is yes but I will go for the 175 CVX next time and Add the leather seat option as it’s my only tractor on the farm and I feel I need to treat myself

Very nice set up.
Always the first option box to tick is the best seat available.

I personally wouldn’t order the leather seat, we swapped a few back previously in blue tractors to the highest spec cloth seat...a lot more comfortable...
Have to agree.
As flash as the leather looks we haven't taken the option up on any tractors.
Can only imagine how sweaty they'd be in Summer and we put seat covers in all our tractors anyway.
The short seat pan that sometimes turns up on hire tractors should be struck from every seat option list as obviously the man the designed it never sat on one for any extended period of time.

I quite like our leather seat, haven't noticed it sweaty, there's loads of tiny holes in the red bit to make it breathe, think it's really a kind of vinyl. Headrest going tound to the side is handy. Much comfier than the seat in our 145.

I hate it as means can’t lift left hand side armrest which when in and out a lot is a pain and because head rest so high only way to see out back is move it round which causes a vicious cycle rather a lower back or a seat that swivels to a proper angle like quadtracs or the new Deere’s. But seat is very comfy though

Who do you deal with? Three different dealers all about same distance from you!

G Marshal Tractors but yes have Paxtons and Rose at East Linton.
More than happy with the service and customer care so far so reason to change next time unless price is an issue

Both good Tractors I’d say and good bang for your buck. Not many bad tractors these days it’s down preference, price but dealship makes a difference. They are all however vastly over priced no matter what colour but a nessary evil. JD seem to be taking a real kicking in this part at the moment but the prices quoted if correct are miles out so brand loyalty being tested to the max.
