Aye and therein lies the confusion, coz the case website does mention the dual clutch 'box that's given bother in the rest of the rangeWhen they were released it was cvx only iirc and the case website doesnt mention active 8 but i could be wrong

Where did you find that? UK spec is definitely CVX only, no option for any other transmission.

The current Luxxum has the SLE box with creeper. It is the equivalent of a NH T5 electrocommand.No it didnt, the luxxum replaced the farmall pro series and is still available. It is totally different than the rest of the cnh lineup as it has a zf tranny, imho its the best offerin from cnh currently
Yes and no. They use the larger 4.5engine same as the T6 and a bigger cab. But the back end is not as heavy duty as a T6.I thought the vestrum and the larger t5 new hollands were more akin to the previous 4cyl maxxums and t6s. Seeing as the the current trend is to put a 4cyl engine in a tractor the same dimensions as a 6cyl one.
