Yes, they seem a physically big tractor but surprisingly quite nimble.
Bit like being surprised at what this bloke can do in a tutu?

I hope they fix the issue with vestrum recall, I’m patiently waiting for case to release vestrum into Australia as they have stopped manufacturing the short wheelbase cvt maxxum. Anyone know when it’s coming down under
We have a new one with the longer wheel base and it has been a very welcome change, much more of a man of a tractor but still very nimble, we've had as much eeked out of the steering lock as is possible and I'm convinced it manoeuvres as well as our other two short wheel base Maxxums.

I was hoping to have a demo next year, what sort of figures have you been quoted?

Townson tractors have 2 for sale with low hours, but no price on them.

I enquired about a case tractor there a year ago, looking to buy it, tried a couple of times and the salesman still hasn’t returned my call. It’s still for sale…

What software issues?
I've had one for six months. Love it for some jobs(field and roadwork) , struggling to like it for loader work. Unfornately I use it for 90% loader work.
Can be a bit numb and unpredictable when shuttling back and forth. Case have accepted its not right and it's going into workshop next week to change solenoid in gear box. Hopefully it will sort it out, otherwise it might be going.
I would make sure you get a good extended demo to make sure you get on with it. Can be a bit complicated as you seem to need to get it set up for each job you do with it. Once set up it can be simple and pleasure to use.

Whats your over thoughts.

Overall, positive, so much so that its here to stay.
I am still getting used to the gearbox...but I like it.
Surprisingly comfortable on the road.
Not sure I like the (motorized) auto handbrake.
I like the switches for the exterior lights....one switch for each pair...not like the JD r's where you have to programme them on the touch screen.
Clutch engagement can be adjusted to one of 3 settings (default on startup is soft).
Good steering lock.
Cab steps not as wide as I'm used to.
And it "looks right".
3 year warranty.

If you find yourself changing from startup default most of the time, dealer should be able to set it to remember previous setting at startup.
If you give yourself time to calibrate to the transmission you will get on well with it
