There must be a short somewhere. Have you checked in the lights themselves. It’s gets very hot behind the bulb and often melts the wire insulation. Failing that it’s sometimes quicker to run a new wire up from behind the dash

i tried with bulbs out it still blew so i tested the wire from the switch to the rear lights dead short somewhere so ive ran a wire in the cab gutter from the front light to the back both sides now all 4 come on together of one switch im going to change bulbs to led so not to draw to much off one system an electrician told me it would be ok to leave it but ill change the 4 bulbs anyway to be safe thanks for your reply and help robbie
