Casein NML results

I see we have just started getting a casein figure on our NML results anybody shed any light on what casein levels indicate, have a casein level of 2.43% which is the highest i have ever had.......

Had one for ages. (Kappa) Casein is the main milk protein important for cheese making and there are different types of casein, which are determined by genetics. For our cows, when our milk proteins are at 3.5%, caseins are about 2.8; when proteins at their lowest, caseins about 2.5%.
