I have a Thames water meter connection which we have not used any water from it in two years but pay the standing charge to keep the meter connection
They have been doing estimated bills for years and our shows we have not used any water, but they are chasing for us to pay £1000 plus as we have not paid there estimate bills we only pay the standing charge today they said they have turned it of but you cannot get any one at castle water to talk to has any one ells had the same problem
