Bearing in mind that they only produce 150hp at the drawbar it may be a bit of a struggle.
but theoretically if you take the cultivation discs and levelling boards off then yes it should pull it better than a wheeled tractor of the same horsepower.
 
All things being equal: probably.

Trouble is a tracked machine is not a like a wheeled machine. A wheeled machine can dig in and obtain a sniff more grip that way, a tracked machine can be a real handful if it's just a bit greasy. Bone dry or sopping wet: it will rule the roost.
