CAT TH220B forklift software

Hello,
I’ve a problem with my old CAT forklift,
Forward & reverse is playing up. Electrical problem I’m told.

Mechanic has managed to read all the error codes.. there are many.
But he needs to clear them and monitor what’s happening seemingly.

Thomas Sherriff from Jedburgh have stopped paying for support so I’m stuck.

Anybody got any pirate software or advice please

Take a pic of the transmission so I can see what it is.

Possibly a Turner trany now in them? Tis a fair good guess anyway as CAT bought turners in Wolverhampton a few years ago!

It's a Turner alright but not like one I seen before so cant really help.

Had similar problems with my 330b, turned out to be the wiring loom at the rear of the engine bay. Nigel at Park Farm Machinery at leeds knows them inside and out, top bloke to deal with as well. Try giving him a call if you're stuck.

What's wrong with it is a 4 speed robotic shift transmission with forward reverse shuttle pretty simple.
It has 2 position sensors on the shift rails that can give hassle .
Send me the codes if you have them.
