Cattle igloo shelter, what to use for walls??

This summer will most likely put in an igloo 12x 30m for cattle shelter, compacted gravel with wood chip over the top, just to use at night and crappy days in winter.

Most challenges i have sorted, except walls for winter, i can roll up blinds off same company, was thinking 6 rows of pipe? Saddle welded to columns, to keep cattle of blinds, then in summer roll up blinds and use for shade.

Columns are on 3m spacings.

Price for shelter is feasible, have quotes.

Location is on sth oz.

Purchase some 3m cattle gates/panels & tek-screw stockboard to them.
Will give enough shelter & gates can be used elsewhere when not required.

Most are only 2.1m here in oz, that would add up to some $$ to do 2 x 30m sides.

You are a pretty handy chap, buy in the steel & composite panels & get them made.
Only tube & hollow section frames, make them a lug & pin fix between your igloo columns.
You want something easy to remove, that doesn't harbour bugs which can be utilised elsewhere & can be cleaned if necessary.
Concrete makes it very permanent, wood will harbour bugs/disease & eventually disintegrate, bales will get eaten & attract rodents what else does that leave?

I need wind protection, blinds come down 1.8 so still 700mm open.

I got a qoute for a 12x30m shed, roof only, was competitive, but i think igloo be warmer? Maybe less dew?

Canvas im worried about mold.
