Hello!
Just joining into the end of this conversation i've noticed that a few of you are from Wales and involved in farming (why else would you be on here)!
I am a final year student in Harper Adams and I have chosen to focus my dissertation on the topic of trust and transparency within the Welsh lamb supply chain and understanding the farmers opinions on the topic. If you have 5 spare minutes and feel like voicing your opinions, I would really appreciate any responses. Thank you in advance!!

Roof of the main house looks salvageable ish? Makes you wonder what happened to the windows, the frames look to be totally gone.
The photo is 7 or 8 years old, I'm not sure what year the Cefn Gwlad episode was filmed but I've only a child's recollection of Johny Parry himself, think there's more like 25 or 30 years since the house has been empty. There was nothing in the way of creature comforts such as water, electric, insulation.... my eldest rides in the riding school / farm down the lane where the house is situated every now and then, next time I go past I'll take a photo of the front of the house as shown on the vid clip if I remember.

August 23rd, 1990, it's the date he reads out on the daily post, so 27 years. Wonder why none of their children inherited the place, and looked after it?

Nice one, @willy. Managed to watch it on i-player:watching:(y)
I'm sure it was very interesting but all I managed to understand was "higher level stewardship" and "blackgrass"
Pictures more than made up for it though, and to be fair, if I read a book I only really look at the pictures.
Well done to you and your Mrs(y)
