Yes. I need money up front these days as I might not be around to collect 'on completion'!

"Pointers and Setters" published by Swan Hill. It's about the British working breeds.what's your book called please?
Local Dog Handler has a young one.A mate messaged me the other day full of excitement. Some 'stupid man' had given him a malinois. I'm afraid I burst his bubble by telling him that so many had seen how intelligent the dogs were and how much they could be trained to do by watching TV. But when they got the dog, they soon realised they are hyperactive with little bite inhibition and the rescues were full of them. I put it as gently as I could but he has not spoken to me since and his wife is complaining about all the walking she is having to give it to keep it reasonably sane.
The sort of people who keep the more vicious and aggressive dogs are generally not the sort who would ever buy a dog licence anyway - total waste of time and money IMO; such a law would only observed by responsible owners.True but having a license gives the authorities some kind of control over them. What would you propose?
