Certificates required to operate 360digger on a new road construction site?

CSCS safety card, CPCS digger qualifications, although some sites are happy with NPORS qualification.
The last larger road project near me required all operatives to be CPCS blue card qualified which is a more advanced qualification , to prove experience .
Adding to the list, and depending on the site, possibly Street works qualified too.
Some job sites I have seen also required digger drivers to have additional crane qualifications for the digger when civil works (drainage) are required.
Of course, almost non of the above would mean you can actually drive a digger beyond digging a basic hole.
