I was going to ask you guys, is there a specific little grease jeebler for putting grease in the hole at the end of the bar or what?

@Bobthebuilder how are you getting on with your stihl? We got one as well and I'm fairly well impressed with ours
Ey champion, it’s a bit heavier than the husky and you certainly know you’ve been using it all day, plenty powerful enough for the 20” bar, have since got a 16” bar and chain for it as well, makes it a little bit easier for carrying in the forklift cab, hopefully gonna get the husky going again to have a spare and be handy for carrying on the fencing trailer

Funny I picked up the lads husky that's been helping us and it was far heavier for a smaller saw his is just a,wee thing with a 14 inch bar no idea of numbers on it 🤷‍♂️ . I've an old 039 that I got in new 97 and I always thought it went well but this new one goes well !!

You'll love that saw..I've got it's Jonsered's sister for quite a few years now,it's fast and quite powerful, no problems at all, haven't had to have it on the laptop. The only slight problem is the off/run/ choke switch, can be a bit fiddly to get it to stay on the choke setting...might be slightly different on the Husquvarna.

Advice I was given was to run it hard for the first 20 minutes. Have a few trunks that need logging up and bury the thing in them. Apparently that is how you set the autotune.
Good saw but a year or two down the line and I am struggling to start it when hot, I'm blaming myself for now rather than the saw for that one.

Had a great few hours out with my saw this morning until the rain came lashing in. Watching it go through even biggish trunks was staggering watching how fast material builds up under it as it cuts. If I had another £500 to spend I would definitely be looking for a nice Husky or Stihl and maybe another saw after that.

So nice to have a saw that you can turn off, fill up and start again with no effort. Still love the smell of petrol and 2 stroke oil. Got some Stihl Ultra now to run the gear on. Dunno if it is any better or what but can't do any harm.

Only have to look on ebay at all the autotune huskies with problems ,,still a few mark 1s but the more so called up to date mark 2s are still giving problems ,,they loose their memory if not used regularly ,,after the episode I had when they first came out ,I swore never to touch one again ,,computers and vibration are not a good mix .

Good fun when there's 2 of you in some nice big logs. 2 saws running full chat is a nice sound to hear

I’ve acquired a husky 372xp off a neighbour,it’s running rough and only runs well just as it’s running out of fuel, any ideas?
the saws been back to the local dealer and was supposed to be fine,it’s also very thirsty on fuel.

Sounds like its running far too rich.

Choke not fully open , Air filter blocked ,carb adjustment screws backed out to far or carb metering lever out of adjustment.
