For anything other than barn floors? Can you use it to make hard standing at all? Been offered some cheap but can’t see it will be any use?

It did come out as slurry and then separated solids like Cow slurry, so only fit to put back in the ground.
Good job then I didnt take up the offer of a few loads ,,I did some work for the tunnel manager and he asked me If I needed any free hardcore as it was all going to winterton tip to cap it .
If it was that runny ,it wouldnt have been any good

They may have been talking about the 100's of thousands of tonnes of hardcore imported that is now being removed along with tarmac, it was like a 6 lane motorway was built across a 80 acre field, concrete crushers and power screens have been there for months now, along with a fleet of about 20 artics removing it.

All that good stuff came out the quarry up the road ,ni on 500,000 tns went into making the approach road and landing area for the tunnel borer ,,its something like 10ft deep across the whole site,,Welton aggs were supplying 7 days a week to it from hibaldstow and then alot of blue limestone from the 4x4 ofroad quarry up the road

The shame of it is the river bank flood defence (500m away) needs raising and is planned for the future, but non of this stuff was deemed suitable!
