If you're in a chalky area you will get it delivered free, we use it a lot in cattle sheds / cow tracks etc. Get it right and it goes like concrete, get it wrong and it goes like porridge!
Tidy shed there how much concrete on the top of all that chalk
Had hundreds of tons delivered free in the last couple of years for cow tracks. Presumably they charge enough to the building site to cover it, and the alternative landfill would cost them. Still getting phone calls wanting me to take more.Chalk for free??? We are In a chalk area and pay £10.5 a tonne for it
Why bother with concrete with a floor like that?
