Clive Bailye is pleased to announce that he has acquired all of the shares owned by his fellow founding shareholder, Jake Withecombe, in Agri Web Media Limited, the company that owns The Farming Forum (TFF).

The Farming Forum was launched in February 2013. Since that time, both TFF and the business have grown substantially. TFF is widely recognised for representing the views of people engaged in agriculture in the UK and beyond.

Under his sole ownership, Clive Bailye will continue to develop and grow TFF for the benefit of its members and customers. Jake Withecombe has a number of other business interests and will be pursuing those other opportunities

Because like all share purchases it is subject to an agreement that clearly defines what announcement will be made
And presumably will be the agreed Press Release to go out to broader media.

Regular TFFers all know who you both are.

I wish you well, realise it may have to change a little bit to pay the bills and development costs but if, a bit like Farmers Guide, it's free for bona fide members to use and advertise , it will go from strength to strength.
