Changing a Horsch pronto tyre

I have a flat tyre on a Horsch pronto drill in the middle section. It looks like it is going to be a pig of a job. Does anyone have any advice on the “best” way to set about it?.

If it’s a small puncture try a Sealastic plug repair:

Or failing that, clutching at straws, a litre of Oko tyre sealing fluid.

Leave folded up jack and block near coulters closest end to flat tyre remove end plate (8 Allen bolts ) remove each tyre may need to raise axle to remove all bolts keep in order of removal as they are handed, fix tyre. Reassemble. If inner tyres are worn swap with outer wheels.

As above ^ + make sure your jacks are good and use axel stands for safety.

Great drill, but changing those inner tyres is an absolute bitch, glad to see the back of ours.

Take all the depth stops out , put battens under the wheels , press the wheels down to lift coulters up , put sleepers or other big lumps of wood under where coulter bar privets, slacken the four bolts , use the drill lift to get in right place , when loose lift the drill and pull the axil out , take wheels off , reverse all to put it back together put one with puncture at outside or on a wing ,
