Changing address keeping flock number

So I have a flock number relating to an old property in England, I don’t have any sheep registered under that flock number.
Who/how do I register that flock number against my new address and CPH number in Wales?

Call APHA and explain. CPH numbers are generated on location but think flock numbers are unique to the keeper?

Thanks that’s my thinking, CPH number is already registered for the holding against my Dad’s name (he’s never had stock though) so assume the flock number moves with me.

I have various holdings and all have different flock numbers allocated
The numbers are specific to a holding as far as i can tell ---but interpretation of rules changes all the time
With these ''official'' things i find that If the first person you speak to doesn't give you the answer you want it may be worth just calling back another time and trying someone else

Spoke to a friend at animal health and I’ll need a new flock number for the new holding. England’s start 1-6 and Welsh ones start with 7
