Always had case machines during my time in charge. Local support isn't what it once was. Time for a change..

You'll have an idea of good and bad dealers in your area? I'd try and get a go in some of the main brands either through Demo's or friends machines, then figure out what you like and what you need.
Compare apples with apples though, don't drive a lightweight model of one brand and compare it to the biggest range of another.
I'd try Deere, Valtra and New Holland/Case IH, but that's just me.
Do you want 4 or 6 cylinders?

As title says. Its time to change out to fresher machine and would like to get a tractor with a loader.

My puma is my front line tractor doing anything from trailer work through to primary and seconday cultivation and grass seeding. So don't want a big lump of a machine but would like to try one with a loader to reduce travellling for my manitou..

So what are my options. I genuinely have no clue. Cannot afford new but something about 2 years old would suffice.

I would really appreciate your suggestions/ advice on both loader and tractor options..
TIA
2 years old?
Good luck, 2nd hand tractors are few and far between atm. What stock there is , is moving quickly.

I could run down other brands on this thread like others have.
Happy with our Valtra 154 well balanced yard, loader and field machine.
Few issues dealt with under warranty but so far nothing that has stopped it being used.

last thing, will just say never seen any brand without a workshop.

Man enough for my forage wagon? Riverlea are great but always seem to be bows under with work!
You've got Lawrence for NH, A&M for Case, Evans for MF, all in Pembrokshire in addition to Riverlea. Rees and Kubota in the North. Valtra is well N into Carmarthenshire with Davies/JDS. Lets not forget, for goodness' sake, Tallis Amos at Narberth. Have I missed one?

They all have suitable tractors but some keep more stock for a quick sale and deployment than others.
