Changing the pitch on a KV ME with 25 boards

After finishing my first ploughing season with the ME, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ve got to alter some settings, the pitch being one and cutting some more off the bottom of the mouldboards (I’ve already cut 1/2 inch off), I didn’t have to do anything to my super Hydrein I had before .
Any tips on how to do this and how much to cut off the bottom ?.
