Are there actually ANY good ones? All bloody shysters from what I can gather. Privatising teh water industry was not a success for the consumer!!!
You may have a point, but I'm not sure. Would it be any easier to speak to someone if it were run by the state? Or get a leak fixed or a meter read? Looking at the state of the roads, well, :(.

So far, a year in to the deal, I'm perfectly fine with Business Stream, and impressed that their charges have come down. The bills are clear, too, which helps simple types like moi.

Once I have managed to get my money back, I will be looking to move, and will look at Business Stream

We don’t have any option to change supplier in Wales, unless we use over 50ML, so we are stuck with the shower of sh*t that we have, and are free to charge what they like.

There is a ‘not for profit’ water company in South Wales, which seems like a sensible middle road between public ownership and private shysters.
