I find that very hard to believe
A week of those invoices would be a nice salary for a young lad on standby

To be fair, it wasn't just a routine job for internet stuff. It was largely security stuff for banking/finance and big company IT systems. He was 24 years old, very bright worked hard and had a comfortable salary for his day job of circa £125k.
Yes the company he worked for charged big money, but their overheads especially in staff training and keeping ahead of tech problems are eye watering

What did he earn milking? £12-16 an hour . Nowt like loving your job ( and being able to drive their in a ranger river SVR!) good lad
