Cheaper & quicker grass establishment?

Currently we bale the straw, disc twice, do a shallow pass with a power harrow then broadcast twice and roll twice. Whilst this works well it is very time consuming and expensive it also settles out and turns into a spongy wet mess over the winter due to the power harrow making the seed bed so fine. Our arable is mainy zero till with a Horsch Sprinter, i'm not against moving ground for grass as I would like smooth fields for silaging but want to preserve as much of the soils structure as well. How does everyone else establish their grass?

All of our grass is coulter drilled shallow. No issues. Would definitely go in with your zero till and roll
I would drill it two ways but the row spacing is 25 cm so would be too wide, this is why I currently spin it on with a slug pelleter. We used to get it drilled twice by a Vaderstad Rapid into the power harrowed soil which did a great job.

Just go straight in with the rapid then especially if doing it twice?
If it was our drill I would try it but I don't like to rely on others if at all possible, can only blame myself if it's not upto scratch that way!
