Cheapest source of P & K?

We’ve some land on a fbt with 7 years left, then we know it’ll be sold. We’ve just had it tested and the P & K index is 1 and below. Obviously we don’t want to spend a lot but what’s the best source of P & K?
I can get digestate delivered and spread for £2/cube and to feed a crop it’s 25cb/ha so that’s £50/ha but P and K levels are modest at 15kg/ha and 30kg/ha ‘available’.
Compost is now £6.50/t delivered and spread which is higher in K but at 25t/ha spread rate is expensive although you do get the added OM.
Sewage Cake which is higher in P is now £50/ha delivered and spread.

What else is there to look at apart from out the bag? I’m looking at feeding the soil rather than the crop directly as I want the crop to feed from a healthier soil if that makes sense. Also as we are 36m spreading granular on standing crop isn’t accurate enough really.
