Situation Vacant Cheesemaker or food technologist

We have an on-farm cheese business, processing 8000 litres a week, mainly into blue cheese. We are looking for someone to make cheese with us, but also and very importantly, to ensure regulatory compliance, documentation and quality control. There is the possibility of a house with the post. Salary dependent on experience and qualifications, would suit food technology graduate but anyone with a passion for cheese would be welcome to apply. Located on the North Norfolk coast AONB, with tourists providing strong demand for our cheeses.
