Had anyone forward bought next years chems? I’m tempted as I can only see the price going up.

Ordered most of next seasons this week as prices haven‘t yet followed the upwards trend. I’ve got to claw back a bit of the fertiliser fiasco with only half bought sensibly so far.

Not yet, but I was warned by my regular supplier that “older” chemistry might be in short supply next spring. I intend to order the base programme before Christmas. That’s going to be teb, Az, CCC, folpet, Topik etc.

Its still be less than some prices I know have been paid. £100/20l some have been changed.

Got most of mine bought. Got prices from buying group on Thursday. Rang me on Friday to say some of the prices were going up so get it ordered. They have had a few farmers buying.

Bought my "liberator". today from FarmDeals - had a good quote about and couldn't get close to FarmDeals £130/ 5L can elsewhere ....... first few quotes were 190 in fact ! a big saving on the qty bought

generic Fudal. - same actives etc. didn't even get a price for the r&d. product as I know not would be daft and no better from experience

the 190 was Ambush so generic as well

I have just bought a pallet of Epso-Top. Found some at what I guess is last season price, other quotes were way up.
Generally been finding it difficult to get prices for next years chemicals. Buying Group, who go through AF, couldn’t get AF to quote on anything and we pay a membership fee to them
AF chemical guy just told my buying group to tell member that there is no needto panic as there won’t be a supply problem
At this point it’s not the supply problem that’s concerning me it’s what the price will be.
Tebuconazole seems pretty much unavailable. Can’t get any quotes on Toledo. Had one price for Tebucur 250 but didn’t like it ……. Looks like the Tebuconazole horse might have already bolted.

That's what my agronomist told me. I was told 150 can last wk by another firms agronomist.
