Been out of the chemical market for over a decade but running out of Stacato originally produced by Sipcam. Questions I have, Is it still available and if not is there a similar alternative. If not available and no alternative does anyone have any old stock.

price of glyphosate atm. im hearing it’s going up.

We have just been informed the same - Going to high £60s by end of August

Just had agronamist on the phone she said it's going to jump up better get some on farm for harvest didn't ask for price

Glyphosate360(rosate) 20litre £46.45

I'll by 20 pallets at that, cheapest price is £55 in the market right now from what we can see, unless someone selling old stock on an old contract. If you can get more I would fill your boots, you will be able to make £20 a can on that soon enough.

Glad I bought a pallet of Gallup earlier in the year looking at them prices 😱, I was told it was getting up around £70 a drum End of last week. These chem prices are definitely going to soak up any of the increased wheat prices!!

Same as we are being told.

That’s what I thought.

Last time I paid that much for glyphosate was about 30 years ago starting out on my own account. I found out the agronomist fleeced me, and started quoting for chemicals after that. I saved over £2000 in the first year alone , so that expensive drum of round up actually saved me money in the long run.:)

Mine did. Told me a few days before it would be up 16% on 1st July. 👍
My agronomist said a couple of months back that glyphosate was flying up!
He was also saying it’s more the generics that have been hit hard as they rely on China for there raw materials but the likes of the Monsanto brands etc haven’t been hit quite as much, but they where more expensive to start with.
I’m just glad a bought about 2 years worth back in March at £2.17 😗
