Much is made of the anthelmintic value of chicory in a herbal ley. Does this efficacy carry over into a conserved crop, with chicory in it?

I’m not sure about your question but we baled some last year where we would usually chop it into clamp. Because it wasn’t chopped it went like a load of old sticks similar to docks when the cattle had eaten the grass. Our chicory disappeared last winter! Was loads in autumn when we combined field, undersown crop.
