Haven't read the other thread or seen the show and don't know the helmet rules for quads in the UK. Certainly been lots of very large fines handed out over here for it.
If its illegal and you're dumb enough to do it on camera, I'd think you'd deserve a bit of criticism?
Cant see any "sensationalising" in the FW article either.

Shame on FW for sensationalising

Shame on you for criticising a responsible attitude to safety and trivialising our industry’s Biggest problem. The fact is that far too many people die or are injured on farms and anything that can be done to quash the stupid “it will never happen to us” attitude that we have as an industry is a good thing.

Recognise the hazards, publicise the hazards and try and get us all to wake up. If it stops one more death, it’s a good thing.
