Not sure if the 400s are the same as the 600s, but ours stopped working
Its was a bad contact onto the fan, cleaned them all up been no bother since

As above if it’s same as 600 arions there’s a black panel inbetween the front window and bonnet. The blowers are in under there. The connecting clip went dodgy on mine.

£2400 now £2100 on a stock order i think we will wate. + a load of labour finding the fault the laptop didnt find it , the mec did!

Our Claas Ares is on its third ECU at 9000hrs. A genuine new one is about a grand but you can get re con ECU,s which are o.k. but have no warrantyso might not work out as cheap. the ECU unit on the Ares is mounted near the side of the block and probably gets too hot when working hard in hot weather. The multi pin plug to the ECU can be problematic and a clean with brake cleaner and a wiggle might get you going.
 
They were bad for just cutting out completely the used to get replaced in error sometime to cure water in fuel fault and lack if power but usually turned out to be low pressure pump above fuel filter on fuel tank

Mines has done 8000 no problems with ecu yet
good, our 620 has been great. the 630 which was an demontrator has had issues but they do perform and we like them a lot + dealer 2nd to none , but she is making me think of a change of colour but what colour?
