Am hoping some one has some ideas on this problem we have.
So after my old fella drove our claas arion 15 miles home he pulled up in the yard, tractor ticking over while filling in his diary, then a error came up saying low oil pressure, looked out the back window to see the backend oil running down the yard.
He has had a quick look under and can see any obvious issues. But did notice it’s has managed to spray oil on to both back tyres.
Does any body have any ideas what it could be.
many thanks

Check pipes, possibly rubbed a hole in the low pressure side and it’s just let go.

Possible high pressure brake pipe leaking when braking .
Have seen them throwing oil
Out the breather at 50kmh but that would be a tegukar thing this sounds like a new thing and would suggest a burst pipe somewhere.

My father once did the same sitting in the yard!

Could he have hit diff lock or 4wd button by mistake? These require hydraulic pressure to engage and must keep pumping till its in.

Thats what happened to ours. Was on deutz m620.

Most likely the 4 wd as the oil
Pressure holds the 4wd OFF so if he had been on the road ,in 2 wd naturally, and there was a leak then it would be leaking constantly.

Yeah that sounds familiar. Alfie did explain at the time.

Lucky it didn't do it on mobile drier as that was its job at the time it happened!
