Claas Lexion 470 "Blocked Air Filter" Fault

SILAGE

New Member
Sensor on air filter housing is working correctly, Traced wiring back to fuse/ circuit board compartment and tested it all fine, cebis monitor keeps saying air filter is blocked, even disconnected wiring harness at fuse board location from sensors and fault is still present.
Any ideas?
It appears the fault is between cebis monitor and fuse board.

Thanks in advance

A lot of sensors if not recieving the right voltage will send an alarm. Check your getting the right volts at the sensor. Even if the wire looks good with time they can corrode inside the insulation. A roll of wire and a volt meter is a good place to start.

Perhaps it's been talking to my 460, which keeps beeping annoyingly to tell he the parking brake is on. Which it isnt.
A shunt wire across the switch wires isn't sorting it.
Winter jobs I reckon.

I had a 480 and changed the tire over to rice tires. Made it hellish rough on the road and would vibrate everything at a certain speed. Anyhow the modules in the gun cupboard needed a wriggle so re connect some times. The switch is under the cab if I remember right. Dirt or rusted up my be stopping it from coming all the way off.

And your 460 is clearly in cahoots with my 420 as it’s doing exactly the same thing! Tried a new sensor, under the cab to no avail. Puzzling to say the least.

Might be as simple as a module rattled loose maybe..
Something odd going on because you cancel the beep with the esc button but the brake warning symbol stays on in the bottom left corner.
Then when you reverse to clear a knife blockage, it starts beeping at you again.
Shall have to look in the wardrobe.
